We’re conveniently located near downtown Ottawa within walking or cycling distance of Parliament Hill.
OC Transpo service is included in the cost of every festival admission pass. Ride the bus to and from the festival, starting 3 hours before gates open until 2 hours after the gates close. Visit octranspo.com to plan your trip.
RBC Bluesfest actually has supervised valet bike parking! Our Bike Park is located just steps away from the festival site.
Parking in the War Museum underground parking garage must be purchased in advance. Parking passes may be pre-purchased as an add-on when buying your festival ticket(s). In addition, here are some parking lots near the festival site:
- Place de Ville, Queen and Kent (nightly rates apply);
- Place du Portage, Rue Maisonneuve;
- Terrace de la Chaudière, Rue Eddy;
The pick-up and drop-off location for disabled patrons using Para Transpo is directly behind the City Stage (main stage) on Vimy Place.
RBC Bluesfest organizers highly recommend that patrons being dropped off do so before 4:30PM, as after that, Vimy Place will be closed for the evening. Pick up after the show will be in front of the museum after roads have re-opened at approximately 11:30PM. The goal each night is to have the road re-opened by that time.
